Refund and Returns Policy
We only accept returns for defective products (e.g., broken parts, manufacturing flaws, or missing components).
No refunds, exchanges, or replacements for:
- Personal preference (e.g., “I don’t like the design”)
- Incorrect size/selection (e.g., “I ordered the wrong house model”)
- Non-defective items (e.g., “It’s not as shown in photos”)
- Opened/used items (all kits must be unopened).
Process:
1️⃣ Email us within 30 days of delivery with photos&videos of the defect.
2️⃣ We’ll verify the issue and issue a full refund (no restocking fee).
3️⃣ No exchanges or store credit — refunds only.
